We request at least 2 weeks in advance to reserve the space. We require a three-night minimum stay for short term visits.
Cost
The cost of space varies per person. We want to work towards a fair economy as a community. We recognize that not everyone has the same access to resources and capital. The goal is to create a scale where everyone is able to participate and organizers are fairly compensated. We recommend that even if more than one person is staying, they fill out the questionnaire individually first to determine their collective contribution to the project.
For this reason we use a questionnaire that invites people to take stock of their financial resources and look deeper at different levels of privilege or systemic barriers to help determine what they pay for their stay. If you do not live on the archipelago, the sliding scale runs from $45-110/night. If you have an abundance to share, please pay on the higher end of the scale ($80-110/night). If you are low-income, BIPOC, and/or queer, pay at the lower end ($45-75/night). All the money goes directly to paying rent, and utilities and makes it a little easier for us to dedicate our time to the healing work we do.
We also charge a $70 cleaning fee FOR ALL VISITS
